Connect Tank to Grill
- Place the foot ring of 20 lb tank into the hole in bottom panel
- Check the tank valve
- Ensure all burner valves are in off position
- Check the valve connection port and regulator assembly
- Tighten quick coupling nut clockwise to a full stop
- Open tank valve fully
- Place the tank and battery
Check for LP gas leaks
- Make a 50/50 mild soap solution
- Turn the control knobs to full off position
- Apply the soap solution with a clean brush to all gas connections
- Turn gas off at supply tank
- Shut tank off

Lighting Instructions for Main Burners
- Do not smoke while checking gas supply connections
- Make sure that LPS tank is full
- Make sure all gas connections are tightened
- Turn on gas supply
- Open the grill main lid and burner lid
- Push and turn any main burner knob
- Turn knob to off if the burner does not light after 5 seconds
Lighting Instructions for Side Burners
- Open side burner lid fully
- Push and turn side burner knob
- If the side burner doesn’t light after 5 seconds, then turn knob to off
